Dein starkes Profil:

  • Completed studies in business administration, international management, engineering or similar
  • Alternatively at least 3-5 years of experience in international sales
  • In-depth understanding of sales processes and strategies in international business
  • Knowledge of proposal and contract design
  • Good technical understanding
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills in several languages (fluent German - at least C1, English, other languages an advantage)
  • Results-orientated with a strong focus on customer needs and satisfaction
  • High flexibility and willingness to travel (approx. 20-30% of working time)
  • Confident with MS Office
  • Experience with CRM software Sugar an advantage

Deine neuen Herausforderungen:

  • Customer acquisition and maintenance: Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the international market, as well as maintaining and deepening existing customer relationships
  • Project sales: Responsibility for the successful acquisition and execution of projects in our supply and project business, taking into account quality, time and budget requirements
  • Offer and contract management: Preparation of customised offers that meet the needs of our international customers and conducting negotiations to successfully conclude contracts
  • Market analysis and development: analysing markets and trends to identify new business potential and continuously optimise our sales strategy
  • Teamwork and communication: Working closely with our project management, production and product management departments to ensure smooth project realisation and customer satisfaction
